The Challenges

I'm a 23 year old young lady living with her boyfriend the Los Angeles area. Neither of us is employed full time so money is tight. We both like to eat and have fun but we are on a budget. I will eat most things but the boy doesn't eat vegetables. On top of that most days I work in late afternoon and early evening.

So here is my challenge: make delicious food, on a budget, sneek in some vegetables with little prep time. There's lots of places to find quick recipes, lots of budget recipes but I've struggled to find ones that fit all of the categories. So this is where I will post recipes and the trials and tribulations of no-fuss cooking. Sometimes there will be crafts, decorating and organizing ideas but mostly it will be cooking I think. Try out the things I try and let me know your thoughts and improvements.
